Hi VP Lenie,

Good day!
I am seeking for your help for the financial assistance of my father (Dominador Linatoc) due to he is diagnose with CKD this month of  June and need to undergo 2x dialysis a week. Our financial status is not enough to support all my fathers medication.
Me and my sister is  only working in the manufacturing as daily paid and some other expenses at home plus the medication of my father is not enough and sometimes we sell other items to have other income.

We are hoping that you can help us in this matter.
