Good day, may i request your good office to assist my grand mother billing expense..Ms. Pascuala Lavarias Fortin,
81 years residing at 32 D Cristo St, Barangay Balingasa Quezon City requesting for hospital bill assistance. The patient was admitted last July 9, 2022 and was diagnosed as a case of
Community Acquired Pneumonia
High Risk, Hypertensive Emergency, Acute Kidney Injury, Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus. Series of laboratories were done and intensive medication was done. Currently, patient is still admitted and under treatment hence we are worries on how we will settle her hospital bill.
