Magandang araw po!

Ako po ay humihingi ng buong puso sa inyong opisina para sa hospital bill ng mama ko po. Naka confine po sya ngayon sa Philippine Heart Center dahil kailangan po niya maoperahan sa puso. Taga Negros Oriental po kami at wala na po kaming alam kung paano humingi ng tulong po dito. Sana po ay matulungan nyo kami. Ako lang po yung bread winner ng pamilya namin dahil wala na po akong ama. Malaki po yung ibinigay ng doctor sa amin na estimated at sana po ay matulunga nyo kami. Maraming salamt po!
