Good Day Sir/Mam.

May husband Allan Agravante Alabado got stroke and underwent an operation last August 2019.  Right part of the body weak.  He was hospitalized last Septmber 1 - 17, 2021 due to covid-19. We have still remaining balance at the hospital amounting to P96,000.00, aside from this my husband still need an assistance for his maintenance medicine. He also with tracheostomy.
