To Whom It May Concern,

This letter is in regards to my daughter’s hospitalization. She was rushed to the hospital last Monday August 23, 2021 due to constant abdominal pain. She undergoes X-ray, Ultrasound & Laboratory Test, to determine the cause of abdominal pain. The result came out, Doctor’s diagnosis is Acute Appendicitis and recommended for an immediate surgery. As a father, I have to secure the welfare of my child, so I decided to pursue her surgery even though I don’t know where to get a money to pay for her medication.
