Good Morning ma'am,
Ako po sir Mark Jason Certifico, taga Masbate City po. Isinulata ko po ang liham na to, Kasi magbabasakali po ako na matulungan nyo po ako na makuha po sana yong TOR or Transcript of Record ko. Nakapasa po ako sa Fire Officer Examination nitong nagdaang pagsusulit Oktobre 23, 2022. Pero di ko rin ko magagamit yong eligibility ko Kasi Wala po akong TOR na magamit pag apply sa BFP. Sa subrang hirap po Ng buhay ay yong kinikita ko po sa pag tratrabaho ay sapat lamang sa pang araw-araw. Umabot npo sa 118k yong balance ko sa school po. Kaya nahirapan npo akong magbayad. Slmat po
