Ako po si Armando F. Ampe Jr., 58 na taong gulang, walang permanenting trabaho at nakikitira lang po kami ng tatlong anak ko sa bahay ng aking kapatid sa #10, C. Almeda St., Brgy. San Pedro, Pateros, Metro Manila.
Ang aking asawa na si Ma. Celerina S. Ampe, 50 na taong gulang, na empleyado ng National Nutrition Council, ay nagkaroon ng diabetes at na-confine sa Philippine Heart Center noong Nov 28, 2020. Sa kasawiang palad ay namatay ang aking asawa dahil sa SEPTIC SHOCK DUE TO ACUTE RENAL FAILURE. 
Napakalaki po ng aming naiwang bill sa ospital, P326,534.75, at dahil dito ay humihingi po ako
