Magandang araw po.
Ako po si Ryan Carlos, ako po ay lumalapit sa inyo na sana po matulungan niyo po kami na mabayaran ang natitirang bill ng aking anak. Siya po ay premature baby 7months old. Naiuwi na po namin ang aking anak ngunit mayroon pa kami unpaid promisory note na nagkakahalaga na 256,927.91.Kami po ay nakahingi na rin po ng tulong sa aming mga kamag-anak,lokal na pamahalaan ng aming lungsod, DSWD,PCSO at sa iba iba pa naming kakilala. Wla na po kami ibang mapagkukunan o mahihiraman para maipambayad sa hospital.
Sana po isa kami sa inyong matulungan.
