ako po ay pasyente sa National Center for Mental Health OPD na daignose po nila na ako ay may panic disorder with agora phobia taon 2019. Nito po huli check up ko sabi ng doktor kailangan ko magpasuri sa psychologist para masuri ako ang problema po wala po psychologist sa National Center for Mental Health na libre serbisyo.
Kaya ako po ay lumalapit po sa inyo para humingi ng tulong na mapagamot ang aking sarili dahil gusto ko na po mag trabaho para sa anak at asawa na kasalukuyan din may sakit. Nalilimitahan po ang kalusugan ko kaya sana ako po ay nakiki usap po sa iyo mahal na bise presidente
