Dear Hon. "Leni" G. Robredo, 

My family and I are positive for COVID. My sister has recently undergone a surgery due to collapsed lung because of covid (massive pneumothorax). She’s still in hospital confinement because there’s still 20% fluid and negative air building up to her right lung and is advised to undergo another round of chest tube thoracostomy. She’s been admitted to New Era General Hospital in QC since Sept 18, 2021. The updated amount of her billing statement is 115,000 PHP.
