Good day! I am writing this letter in behalf of my Mother, Ma. Lina D. Cordero, a resident of Brgy. Balabag, Sta. Barbara, Iloilo, which is currently confined at Iloilo Doctors' Hospital and stuffed stroke twice. She was diagnosed with Cerebrovascular Disease, Tachycardia Bradycardia Syndrome, Spontaneous Pneumothorax, and Community Acquired Pneumonia, during the duration of her stay. She also had a Heart Pacemaker Insertion & Pleural pigtail insertion. I wrote this request as my family already exhausted all of our financial resources.
