Ako po si Vivian Mangubat anak ng pasiyenteng si Nery Mangubat ay humihingi ng tulong para sa aking ina para po sa kanyang sakit na CKD Stage 5 siya po ay 3x a week nagdadialysis at sana po matulungan nyo po kami. 
 Kami po ay taga Brgy. Quipot, Tiaong, Quezon, Province siya po ay dinadialysis sa Peter Paul Medical Center Candelaria Quezon Province.
