Magandang araw po kami po ay lumalapit sa inyong mabuting tanggapan para humingi ng tulong sa bayarin sa HOSPITAL BILL ng aking ama .Siya po ay may MASSIVE PLEURAL EFFUSION RIGHT PROBABLY SECONDARY TO INFECTION VS MALIGNANCY.Sa kasamaang palad ay wala po kaming sapat na halaga pambayad sa naturang hospital.(OSPITAL NG MUNTINLUPA).At pantustos ng kanyang mga gamot.

Kami po ay lubos na nagpapasalamat na sa pagtanggap ng aming idinulog.

Maraming salamat po at patnunayan po tayo ng poong maykapal.
