Magandang Araw po sa lahat.

Kami po ay dumudulong sa inyo na sana po ay matulongan nyo po kami na makalabas ng Ospital dahil po kulang ang aming pambayad hindi po kami makalabas ng Ospital umabot na po sa 340,547.67 ang bill nmin noong June 2 po. Nanganak po kasi ang aking partner at nag ka komplikasyon po xa sa puso at nag katubig po ang baga kaya po limang araw siya sa Ospital. Palaki po ng palaki ang aming bayarin kelagan daw po pag promissory note 80% daw po ang babayaran wala nman po kami ganun kalaking halaga.

Mam Sir sana po matulongan nyo kami.
