Greetings of peace and prosperity!
My name is Lorna Diaz, I am writing this letter to humbly ask for medical/financial assistance for my younger brother's hospitaliztion bill. Last July 03, 2021, he got into motorcycle accident. He suffered from severe head injuries and a crack on his skull. He has undergone a craniatomy that made our hospital bills higher. We still have an unpaid/remaining balance to pay to the hospital. His second surgery (cranioplasty) is supposed to be this month but due to our unpaid bills it is postponed till we settle the full unpaid amount.
