As part of our coursework in "Accounting for Government and Non-Profit Organizations," I would greatly appreciate it if you could provide me with information regarding how the organization operates, how funds are managed, and the approach taken in presenting financial statements, specifically, accounting principles and practices followed in preparing financial statements. While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have  the information you have requested.  Angat Buhay is a separate entity from the Office of the Vice President.

Furthermore, please be informed that the INFORMATION covered under Executive Order No. 2 pertains to official records, public records and to documents and papers pertaining to official acts, transactions, or decisions, as well as to government research data used as basis for policy development (Sec. 3). Thus, we are constrained to deny your request.
