Good day po.

I am IVY JOY SENTE, 29 years old with 2 kids ages 7 years old and 4 years old. I would like to ask for medical assistance for my open heart surgery for valve replacement. I am a rheumatic heart disease patient, and requires to undergo an operation. I badly needed a huge amount for me my operation to push through. Gusto ko pa po makasama ng mataas na panahon ang mga anak ko lalo na at maliliit pa po sila. Ang asawa ko lang po ang may trabaho at bumubuhay sa aming mag iina.
