Requesting for financial assistance for an arteriovenous graft or AVF graft creation for my hemodialysis  that was supposed to transfer already the catheter  from my neck to arms last December 2021.  But because of financial difficulty, I’m requesting your good office VP Leni Robredo to help me for my medical and financial assistance as my retirement is not even enough for daily  medicine maintenance.  God bless.
