Hello Madam VP Leni,

Lumalapit po ako sa inyo, ssna matulungan niyo po kmi.. financial assistance para sa asawa ko po.. meron po siya brain tumor,  malignant na po... sa jose reyes po siya mag chemo and radiation.. yung chemo lng po niya ang 1 cycle po is 75k na po.. wala pa po diyan ang radiation niya at iba pang gamot..
Ano po bang mga requirements para maipasa ko po kaagad.. salamat ng marami.. Godbless po.
