Magandang Araw,
     Ako po ay lumalapit sa inyong mabuting kalooban para po sa bakal na gagamitin para sa kanyang operasyon. Siya ay diagnose na may FRACTURE M3rd RADIUS ( L ) at ito daw po ay nagkakahalaga ng 40k. Magpahanggang ngayon ay hindi pa rin po siya naooperahan dahil sa kakulangan ng sapat na halaga para sa pambili ng kanyang bakal.Naway kami po ay inyong matulungan na maisakatuparan ang kanyang operasyon.
