Magandang araw po. Ako po si Melvin Arsua, isang senior citizen na lumalapit para po magrequest po ng medical assistance para po sa aking pagda dialysis. Ako po ay may stage 5 chronic kidney disease at nagangailangan po ng tulong medical. Maraming salamat po kung matulungan niyo po ako.
