Magandang gabi po. Kami po ay humihingi ng tulong sainyong mabuting puso po na mapakinggan po ang aming hiling na matulungan madagdagan po ang health fund ng auntie ko po na may bukol sa suso. Nais po namen na mapaoperahn po siya, balo po siya at walang anak. Tanging kaming mga pamangkin po niya ang nagtutulong-tulong po pero di po sapat po ang aming kakayanan para mapaoperahan po at mga gamot po niya pagtapos ng operasyon. Nawa po kami ay mapakinggan niyo. MAraming salamat po.
