Good day Madam VP!
My father is recently diagnosed with colorectal cancer. He and I are the only providers in our family and we dont have the privilege of being regular workers and have medical HMOs because Im just a contractual worker and he is a daily deliveryman laborer. I would like to ask for assistance and any LGUs/NGOs that can help and support the medical needs of my father. What are the requirements needed? Where do we submit the documents?
