Magandang araw po. Humihingi po kame ng tulong pinansyal para sa natitirang bayarin namen sa hospital para aking tatay na si Eduardo Legaspi.  Wala na po kame mapagkunan ng pera para ito ay mapunan dahil sa madame pong gastos medikal na aming inunang bilihin para sa aming tatay.  Taos puso po kameng nagpapasamalamat sa tulong na maibibigay nyo po sa aming pamilya.
Meron po akong certification of request galeng sa Medical City pati na den po Statement of Account.  Pakisabihan nyo po ako ng kung ano man ang iba pang requirements para maisend ko po agad. Ako po si Paula Legaspi (09176775243)
