Dear Vice President,

Magandang araw po kababayang VP Leni lumalapit po ako para humingi ng tulong para sa anak ko po na dalawang beses na operahan sa bituka. Sa ngaun po hindi kami makalabas dito sa Perpetual help Medical Center ng Binan Laguna, kasi po umabot na sa PHP 529,000.00 ang aming Hospital bill. Sana po matulungan nyo kami makalabas ng Hospital. Maraming maraming salamat po.
