A blessed day po sainyo at sa inyong butihing staff, ako po si Roqueza Paz Acantara ng Virac, Catanduanes ay sumulat at lumalapit po sa inyong tanggapan upang humingi ng tulong medical/ financial para po sa pagpapagamot aking Nanay na si Nelly Alcantara na nadiagnose po LUNG CANCER ngayon po ay kumalat na sa kanyang ulo (kaya po matindi ang nararamdaman niyang pananakit Ng ulo. Kailangan nya po Ng radiotherapy upang mawala a mga bukol na sanhi ng pananakit Ng ulo nya.

Sana po ay inyong matugunan Ang aming hiling.
