Good day po VP and staff. May I humbly ask for a little help from your good heart regarding Medical Assistance. I am Jhaezelle Enriquez, 27 years old who lost my job in Dubai since pandemic and have to undergo on surgery on December 15 for Fistulectomy. We don’t have enough budget for all the medical needs and medicines. I am the breadwinner in the family and my mom is a single mom of three girls and she doesn’t have a job now as well.
