In line with the upcoming coronary artery bypass graft of my father, we would like to request a medical assistance that would aid my family to raise funds for the operation. Any form of assistance or amount would be a great help for the whole family. My salary as a regular employee does not suffice to cover the medical expenses in the Philippine Heart Center and applying for the Z benefits of Philhealth would not be feasible due to the urgency of the operation.
