Dear OVP,

We would like to seek assistance for my live in partner, Shiela Carbajosa, 36 years old, who is currently admitted at St. Elizabeth Hospital General Santos City South Cotabato. She undergone cyst removal operation yesterday Jan 5, 2023 and it was successfully done. Her recovery progress from the surgery is bit slow since she has type 2 diabetes. We are begging to your kind office any monetary donation which can be of big help for her hospital bills and medicines.
