DEAR DOLE, sana po maiparating po sa kinauukulan at kay President Duterte na matulungan po sana ako na maclaim ko na po yung 2 times incorrect mllhuillier ref.nagverify na po ako sa employer ko at sa sss dagupan credited to account po saakin at tama po ang details.kaso sabi ng mllhuillier hindi raw nakapangalan saakin.kailangan ko po ng pera dahil buntis po ako.at tatangalin na po ako ng employer ko sa trabaho ko at probationary palang po ako.handa po ako magbigay anoman ang hingin niyong ebedensiya.sana po after lockdown matulungan niyo rin po ako na mabigyan ng trabaho. salamat po.

I refer to my letter of Jul 03, 2020 about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for 2 TIMES INCORRECT SBWS-SSS MLLHULLIER RECEIVED.. In particular, I had requested specific information for you to clarify upon in order for us to proceed with the request.

As we have not received a reply within the 60-day working period since the letter requesting for clarification was sent out, we regret to inform you that this request will be closed as of Sep 25, 2020.

You may wish to submit a new request describing the specific information you are looking for, and we will be able to consider it under the guidelines as stated in Executive Order No. 2.

Your right to request a review
