Hello po Vice President Leni at sa tanggapan po ninyo. Nais ko lamang pong kumatok sa inyong butihing puso na pagkalooban po ang tatay ko ng tulong pinansyal at medikal. Sapagkat siya po’y kasalukuyang naka admit at inoperahan sa National Kidney and Transplant Institude dahil may nakitang bukol at pagdurugo sa large intestine niya. Umabot na po sa 300,000 mahigit ang running bill niya at nagpadala na po ng mensahe ang hospital na maghulog ng 150k kundi magiging cash basis na lahat sa ospital. Hindi po namin kakayanin magkaroon ng ganung halaga. Kaya’t sana’y matulungan niyo po kami. Salamat po
