Ako po si Mark Joseph Tugbo, 21 taong gulang, nakatira sa Bacoor, Cavite. Sumusulat po ako sa inyo ngayon upang makahingi ng tulong sa bayarin sa ospital ng aking Nanay na nagkakahalagang P159, 958.26. Siya po ay naoperahan sa kanyang fallopian tube sa kadahilanang ito ay tinubuan ng cyst kaya naman ito ay tinanggal pati na rin ang kanyang appendix dahil namamaga na rin ito. Sya ay naoperahan noong Disyembre 16, 2020 at nakalabas noong Disyembre 20, 2020 sa pamamagitan ng Promissory Note. Ito po ay pangalawang operasyon na sakanya ngayon, nangyari po ang unang operasyon noong Setyembre 5, 2020
