I am writing to request for a financial assistance for Ms. Jeaneline R. Monzon, a dialysis and COVID patient admitted in Las Piñas City Medical Center. The hospital bill is more than 100,000 pesos and the family cannot afford such amount. Any amount will be a big help for us. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us at 09055311610.
