To whom it may concern:


I am pleading for an assistance to the Office of the Vice President for my father's hospital bill. I am unable to pay for all of my father's hospital bill and have already reach out to multiple agencies including this portal for the Office of the Vice President.

I have not yet received a reply from any of the agencies that I have submitted a request.

I have all the necessary documents that needed to be passed and will pass if here in the portal if there is an option here to send the documents.
