Hi good day to the Office of the vice president. Im Mary rodelyn igloria Luma-ad,33 yrs. Old. A breast cancer st.4 patient. And also a P.W.D .
I would like to request to your good office a medical/finacial assistance for my chemotherapy treatment,bone therapy treatment and also vitamins. I hope you grant my request. I dont have a work since i was diagnosed breast cancer.so i dont have the ability to buy my own medicine,even though my husband has a temporary work ,it is not enough.Thank you so much for understanding. Hoping for your fast action.thank you

Hi po good evening..this is mary rodelyn Lumaad. Nais ko po mag update ng contact number  na 09455266876 , dahil nawala po ang phone ko kanina dec.21,2021 mga 6:30pm. Nais ko po mag update ng number pra po pag tumawag keo skin ay masagot ko. Dahil hinihintay ko po ang tawag niyo saakin regarding sa response niyo sa medical assistance request ko. Ang number po na nais ko ipalit ay ang number ng asawa ko Na si Mark james Luma-ad 09616045601.
Sana po ay matulungan niyo po ako regarding sa issue na ito.
