Considering that the Ilocos Region is a know Marcos country, I'd like to understand how the OVP responded to its needs. In this regard, I'd like to request for a list of projects initiated, completed or in progress, in the Ilocos Region from the time she was elected as the Philippines VP.
Thanks,
Francis
