Ako po ay lumalapit sa inyong butihing tanggapan upang kami po ay matulungan na makapagbayad ng Hospital Bill ng aking pamangkin na si Joe Kyrie Salazar Gallardo na isang premature baby sa MCU Hospital dahil wala na po kaming ibang pagkukunan dahil doon din po namatay ang nanay ng aking pamangkin,sa kasalukuyan ay inilipat na po ng tondo medical center ang aking pamangkin noong april 27, 2022 hanggang ngayon ay naroon parin sila at wala kasiguraduhan kung kailan makakalabas ng hospital.

Good afternoon po sa inyong butihing tanggapan nawa'y mabigyan niyo po ng pansin ang aking kahilingan para sa Hospital bill ng aking pamangkin.Hindi ko na po alam kung kanino po ako lalapit upang mabayaran namin ang Promissory Note na halagang 390,000.000 na aming pagkakautang sa MCU hospital.Dahil duon din po namatay ang aking kapatid na si Joan Salazar ang nanay po ng bata na inilalapit ko po sa inyong tanggapan.Nawa po sana kami ay inyong matulungan.Pagpalain kayo ng Poong Maykapal.Maraming Salamat po.
