Magandang araw, 

Ako po si Amalia T. Murillo ay humihingi ng tulong pinansyal upang matugunan ang pang araw araw na gamot at maintenance ng aking asawa na naputukan ng ugat sa ulo noong nakaraang taon at ngayon ay Bed ridden.  Ako po ay may apat na anak at dalawa dito ay nasa kolehiyo kaya naman lubha akong nahihirapan sa pinansyal na gastusin at pang araw araw na pagkain. Anuman pong halaga ay malaki ang matutulong nito sa akin at sa aking pamilya, inaasahan ko po ang inyong pagtugon at pagtulong.
