Magandang araw Po Sa inyong pamunuan at tanggapan.Ako Po SI Mary Jane Nuesa nsa hustong gulang, walang trabaho,kasalukuyan pong nkatira Sa 1354 w.edsa Balintawak Quezon City Brgy.unang Sigaw district VI.ako Po ay lumalapit upang ihingi Sa inyong tanggapan ng tulong Ang aking ama n SI Norberto asay 67 taong gulang  nkatira Sa Iisang tirahan.sya Po ay na diagnosed ng DM Foot Left T/C Necrotizing fascitis type 2.at hypertension stageII.kasalukuyan Po syang nka admit Sa Quirino memorial medical center,ako po ay lubos na nagpapasalamat Sa inyong pangunawa,mabuhay Po kayo at God bless Po!
