Magandang araw po Office of the Vice President! Ako po si Kristine Canunse isang mamamayan ng Bocaue Bulacan na humihingi ng tulong sa aking gamutan. Ako po ay diagnosed na may panic disorder at may initial assesment ang doctor na temporomamdibular joint disfunction. May maintenance po ako na gamot at mga as needed na gamot, ito po ang mga sumusunod ... escitalopram 10mg, quetiapine25 mg, alprazolam250 mcg at abuprofen naman po para sa sakit sa aking panga. Sana po ako ay inyong matulungan dahil hindi sapat ang aking kita bilang service crew at ako din po ay part time na nagaaral.
