We humbly ask an assistance for the hospitalization of our father due to kidney and liver failure. He serves your late husband during his reign as DILG Secretary. 

Today, my father is currently admitted in DLSUMC Dasmariñas City and we cannot proceed with his workaround due to nonpayment.
