Good day.
I would like to seek assistance for my brother who was diagnosed with seizure disorder due to cerebral infarction/bleeding and currently have no work due to the pandemic.
He is the breadwinner of their family and currently have a 5 year old daughter who still cannot speak properly.

I am asking assistance in behalf of my brother.
Should there be a need to submit all his medical records, kindly advice so I can email it.
