Hi, i would like to apply for financial assistance for my confinement last feb 15-17, 2022. I am confined to Providence hospital Inc due to appendicitis. I wasn't able to settle my bill due to financial constraint. I am the breadwinner of the family. I work as a Nurse in the said hospital my salary wasn't enough to pay my bill in the hospital. hope you can help me with this thank you.
