Ako po si Rosario Arcilla taga Pasig na lumalapit upang humingi po ng kaunting tulong para sa aking tiyahin na si Susana De Guzman na sa para sa kanyang naging sa ospital bill. 

ako po na nadulong sa inyong tanggapan na nakahingi ng tulong pinansyal sa makabawas sa bayarin sa ospital. Nawa'y sana po ay inyo mabasa ito at ako po  sana ay matulungan sa kasalukuyan namin suliranin.

Alam ko po na marami ang nahingi ng tulong sa inyo at ito po sana ay inyong ipagpaumanhin sa kadahilan na wala po kami ibang kilala na pwde namin malapitan. Sana'y inyo pong kami'y matulongan.
