MY HIGHNESSS, IM WRITING THIS TO YOUR OFFICE HOPING THAT the urgent letter for refund sent from  the Office of the President to D.A-BPI CAGAYAN DE ORO WAS THROUGHLY AN URGENT SINCE THE THE PRESIDENT HAVE SEND A MEMO REQUEST ADDRESS TO THE DA-BPI CAGAYAN DE ORO, HOWEVER, THE SAID MEMO ISSUED BY THE OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT HAVE NO POWER AND EFFECT BECAUSE AS OF THIS TIME  I DON'T KNOW ON WHEN AND WHERE OR HOW COULD I GET THE REFUND,SINCE THE UNSCRUPULOUS OFFICER IGNORE THE LETTER COMING FROM THE PRESIDENT.  I DONT KNOW HOW CAN I RECOVER MY LOSSES DUE TO THIER ILLEGAL CONDUCT, .THANKS AND GOD BLE

they only made a promise on Feb 4, 2023 that they will provide assistance due to their misconduct but even up to this time, nobody should contact me just to give me an update with regards to my concerns.. they said that they have conducted a series of communications but the truth is they are lying. There is No series of communications have ever made, and no fixed time on when this concern be resolved, and what agencies should handle my concerns, but they the caused of my desperates life, that resulted to my uncle died by heart attacks
