Good day, I would like to request the financial/Cash Assistance

Here are some reasons:
1. My parents have no source of income because my father has kidney failure and my mother has diabetes.

2. My school is far from our house.

Unfortunately, we were able to determine that your request is a frontline service transaction and not a valid Freedom of Information (FOI) Request. Please be informed that the INFORMATION covered under Executive Order No. 2 pertains to official records, public records and to documents and papers pertaining to official acts, transactions, or decisions, as well as to government research data used as basis for policy development (Sec. 3).
