Magandang Araw po! 
Ako po ay humihingi ng tulong para sa kapatid ko na may sakit sa puso, kinakailangan po ang ma operahan, AVR surgery po, 738k po ang estimated Amount para sa surgery, at kinakailangan po ng 350k deposit po para ma-operahan pero wala po kaming ganito kalaking pera, sana matulungan niyo po ang kapatid ko, siya po si Erwin Espere, at 31 na taong gulang pa lamang. Nasa Philippine Heart Center po sya ngayon naka confine. Sana po matulungan ninyo po kami.
