Dear Office of the Vice President Staff, sana po ay matulungan ninyo ako mag follow sa owwa Region 3 tungkol sa aking change of claimant request ng dole-akap, ako po ay nag apply noong October 12,2020 upang ma claim ng aking mother ang aking assistance, naipasa at aprubado na po ng owwa ang aking mga dokumento pero 3 months na kaming naghihintay ng bagong tracking number. Wala rin pong response ang owwa region 3 sa aking email. Sana po ay matulungan ninyo ako.
