Humble request for financial assistance on medical bills

Purpose: To request assistance for my common law wife who was admitted in a private hospital.

We humbly request for assistance from you good office for financial assistance medical bills. We are not neglecting the responsibility to pay the bill but it has already reached above our capabilities. We were supposed to be admitted in other public hospitals but got denied admission as the baby is premature and the patient has to undergo C-section.
