I am Maria Lourdes Toledo from General Trias, Cavite. I am seeking financial assistance from your office as I was admitted in July 2021 due to kidney failure and was then diagnosed for Stage 5 CKD v Secondary to CGN. We are now having financial troubles to settle our debts and continue my medication at the same time because of this. I am also a single mom and currently jobless. I need to undergo dialysis 3 times a week. I hope that you may consider this to cope up in my financial problems and look forward to your positive response. Thank you so much!
